A beachy OOTN in head to toe Free People for my first night on Nantucket! I love these flowy linen pants, especially because they are so easy to dress up or down. Paired with a cute crop top and some slides or a flowy blouse and wedges, linen pants are incredibly versatile in the summer and really take your summer outfits to the next level.

For this night, I paired the pants with this gorgeous yello linen/ cotton wrap top from Free People. I was a little tentative when I ordered this top, but I really do love it! The color is just so pretty for the summer and I love how it adds a warm toned pop to any simple outfit. The wrap trend, which if you’ve read my blog before you know I am a huge fan of, is so fun to have in a top! I love this top because it is so simple and comfortable, but also effortlessly elegant without to much effort.

Bikini Go To's

This summer, I really tried to up my bikini game. Firstly, I got rid of all of the ones that I never wore. We all have those pieces of clothing that sit in our closet for years and years, thinking we'll wear them one day. Well, first step: get rid of the ones you don't like anymore. Second step, find bikini's you love to replace them. So, where to look for cute bikinis? Well, I've got a few tips and tricks to help you find some!

1. Lord and Taylor and Bloomingdales - these two department stores have really great selections of bikinis. Every summer they do a really big summer sale and this is where I try to get at least a few bikinis. From L Space to Vitamin A, they have a great selection. Plus, they are both having their summer sales right now!

2. Triangl - really great quality suits for a very reasonable price. Every year they come out with a new set of cute suits. Some of them are pretty trendy, but others are really great basic bikinis.

3. Kiini - I finally invested in a Kiini bikini this year and I do love it. It is so cute and incredibly well made. I know it is expensive, but it is incredibly flattering on my body and something I really love. With that said, I was able to find one on sale at ShopBop by using the ShopStyleCollective website. I highly recommend this website because it collects the product and pricing from tons of different places all in one platform, ensuring that you get the best deal!

4. L Space - some of my holy grail bikinis are from L Space. I LOVE them and they truly do last for a very long time. I specifically love their signature Estella bikini bottoms, which come in tons of colors, and their classic Haley bikini top. I also am usually able to find L Space on sale regardless of the time of year so if you know what style and color you want I highly recommend searching around online a bit.

5. ASOS and Forever 21 - I have raved about these two places before, but if you are looking to add some inexpensive throw around bikinis to your closet, these are my go to's. At Forever 21 I have mainly found one pieces rather than bikinis, but I do really love them. As for ASOS, I usually order a bunch online and keep between 2-4 of the 8 I buy, which is pretty good considering online swimwear!

6. Dippin’ Daisy’s Swimwear - I found this brand at a local boutique in my town and I am totally obsessed with them! I have three suits from them so far and they are SUCH good quality and really flattering. I especially love their high rise bottoms (as pictured in the image at the top of the post) because they are not to high that they make my hips look big - they sit more just right above the waist.

Regardless of what you wear this bikini season, make sure you are comfortable and happy in what you decide to strut down the beach in - everyone should feel fabulous in the sun :)

2 Looks, One Magical Pair of Jeans

by Sophie Langlois

As I raved about a few posts ago, I am obsessed with Urban Outfitters jeans. Yes, I know I am incredibly late to the bandwagon, but that is not going to stop me from making sure everyone looks for jeans at Urban. To keep it simple, the three things I love about these jeans are as follows: they are so well priced, the jeans have the perfect amount of stretch, and they come in tons of different washes and colors. Oh, and four: they go with anything and everything. This weekend, I went on a short trip that I really did not want to pack a lot for, surprising I know. So, I quite literally packed this awesome pair of jeans and a few tops. The result, two completely different looks (one a little edgier, one a little more casual) in which I just changed my top! If that is not perfect then I don't know what is.

Similar to the blue Free People wrap dress, I picked up this adorable cherry printed one during their super sale! I love the print - I think it is so fun and really spices up your average sundress. I especially love dresses like this in the summer because they are super easy to throw on and look put together, especially when you throw on a cute pair of vans or any other type of sneaker. This summer especially, I have honestly found myself wearing more dresses and skirts than shorts and tops. I really think I have grown out of the denim short phase of my life, hopefully, as I always found shorts to be uncomfortable. As I always say, since I was not comfortable in them, I certainly was not confident in them! So, moral of the story: wear what makes you feel like you look good :)
